As a member in good standing of a provincial or regional association of the RVDA of Canada, businesses agree to uphold the following Code of Ethics:

Professional Standards

Members conduct their business in a professional manner and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Exceptional Customer Service
Members strive to deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Protecting the Reputation of the Association
Members refrain from any statements or actions that may bring discredit to the association or fellow members.
Industry Education & Growth
Members support programs and initiatives that promote education and professional development within the RV
industry.
Fair Employment Practices
Members do not condone hiring practices that may place fellow members in jeopardy.
Non-Discrimination
Members do not discriminate against any customer, employee, or supplier based on race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
Honesty & Respect
Members treat customers, suppliers, and employees with honesty, fairness, and respect at all times.
Prompt Resolution of Concerns
Members address and resolve customer concerns courteously and without delay.
Truthful Representation
Members merchandise RV products and services honestly, without false promises or misrepresentation.
Ethical Advertising
Members do not engage in false or misleading advertising and do not misrepresent any vehicle, product, or service.
Fair Marketing Practices
Members do not participate in price fixing or any unethical marketing practices.
Legal Compliance
Members maintain full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing their business operations.
Respect for Regulatory Authorities
Members treat all regulatory personnel with respect.
Confidentiality
Members safeguard privileged information entrusted to them and do not disclose it without permission, except where required by law.
Enforcement of the Code

Members found to be in violation of this Code of Ethics may face fines and risk suspension or revocation of membership and associated privileges, at the discretion of their provincial or regional association.

This Code of Ethics applies to the entire member business, including ownership, management, and staff.
